How It Works
To start, choose your wine style, and we’ll immediately begin crafting your personalized wine. The ingredients are prepared by our staff, and you get the honour of starting the fermentation process by adding the yeast. This is where the magic happens! Your batch is then placed in our fermentation cellar, where our staff takes over and keeps a watchful eye on your wine. Depending on the variety you’ve chosen, your wine will be ready in four to eight weeks. Then you return to our shop to bottle and personalize your batch! Each batch consists of 30 bottles (750 ml).
